Creating a custom wordpress page

To create a custom page that is not connected to the current them you will need to include wp-blog-header.php and make sure you don’t use the theme related files. To do so you need to set WP_USE_THEMES to false and invoke wp_head() to assure that the hooks are still connected.

<?php require('wp-blog-header.php'); ?>
<?php define('WP_USE_THEMES', false); wp_head(); ?>
<?php $posts = get_posts('numberposts=10&order=ASC&orderby=post_title');?>
<?php foreach ($posts as $post) : start_wp(); ?>
	<b>Title: </b> <?php the_title(); ?> <br />
	<b>Date: </b> <?php the_date();?><br />
<?php endforeach;?>

<a href="" title=""> <abbr title=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote cite=""> <cite> <code> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> <strong>

IMPORTANT! To be able to proceed, you need to solve the following simple math (so I know that you are a human) :-)

What is 8 + 12 ?
